Get a group and go!

Planning a group outing is a fun and great way to save on tickets! Reserve now to be sure Miller can accommodate your group at the performances of your choice. Organize a group of friends, co-workers, family, or any other group of 10+ and save up to 10% on tickets (some shows do not allow for group discounts). 

To get the best seats for your group, book your reservation as soon as possible — you don’t have to wait for the show to go on sale to the public! If you don’t know the exact number of tickets you will need, we can adjust the number of tickets as we get closer to your performance date. Call (269) 387-2253 to reserve your group's tickets today!

Deposit

A 25% non-refundable reservation deposit is required for each group. Once a deposit is received, the group leader will receive a contract stating when the remaining balance is due. The group leader is responsible for keeping track of who paid money for their tickets and for distributing the tickets to their group as well.

Tickets

There are no exchanges or refunds on group tickets. Tickets will be printed after full payment is received. If your ticket order falls below the group number amount, you will be responsible for paying the remaining order balance based on current ticket prices.

Final payment

The exact numbers and final payment are due 30 days before your performance date. Tickets not paid for 30 days prior will be canceled. (Miller will not cancel orders without first contacting the group leader by phone.)

Special needs

If wheelchair-accessible or other special seating is needed, notice must be given when making your reservation to ensure availability.

10 is the minimum group size. Many shows also have larger discounts for groups of 20+.

No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the tickets have been purchased.

Yes! You have until the final payment is due to adjust your order. If you drop below the required amount of tickets for the group discount, your order will be changed to reflect the appropriate ticket price.

  • Please get in touch with the group sales coordinator to inform us you are bringing a bus and get specific instructions!
  • The bus can generally drop everyone off outside our main doors in the circle drive. Then they can park in the back of lot 34. This is the surface lot across from the parking structure. As the show finishes, your bus can pull back into the circle drive to pick everyone up. Parking directions. Lot 34 is the smaller of the orange parking areas.
  • Please have your group wait outside or on the bus while one person enters the Auditorium to pick up your tickets from the Box Office. Our lobby is on the smaller side and can get crowded very quickly.

We do not offer electronic tickets. We use physical tickets and can either mail them to the group leader or hold them at Will Call in the Box Office to be picked up in person by the group leader.

  • All group orders require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to be paid within two weeks of reserving your tickets.
  • Final payment is due 30 days prior to the performance unless otherwise agreed upon with the group sales coordinator.

Unfortunately, not all shows offer a group discount. However, there are still many benefits of ordering group tickets through the group coordinator including the ability to reserve and adjust your ticket counts and to make multiple payments.
