The musical, in which Miranda will star, opens at the Public Theater on Jan. 20.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan have been hard at work on their new musical, On Your Feet!, which will open at the Marquis Theatre in Oct. 2015. Ariana Grande is among those being considered for the role of Gloria Estefan, and seems to be a personal favorite of Gloria herself.

Jake Gyllenhaal will star in the American premiere of Constellations. Constellations tells the story of one relationship with infinite possibilities. It explores the boundless potential of a first encounter, free will and friendship. The play opened at the Royal Court’s Jerwood Theatre Upstairs in 2012, directed by Longhurst, before transferring to the West End. Jake isn’t the only Gyllenhaal making a Broadway debut this year; big sister Maggie opened the revival of The Real Thing alongside Ewan McGregor on Oct. 30 at the American Airlines Theatre.

It looks like quite a few of our favorite celebrities are trading Hollywood sets for stages on the Great White Way. Emma Stone (Amazing Spider-Man 2, The Help) made her Broadway debut in Cabaret at Studio 54, Dexter star Michael C. Hall returns to the stage as the star of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Al Pacino is set to headline the new David Mamet play China Doll in Fall 2015, and Carol Burnett made a long-awaited return to Broadway in Love Letters, taking over for Mia Farrow.
