March 17, 2020 update from our director

To Miller Patrons and the Kalamazoo Community:

Thank you for your patience and support as we confirm details regarding the status of our upcoming season events at Miller Auditorium. Though we are working as quickly as we are able, we do appreciate your understanding as we navigate daily and sometimes hourly changes. We are reaching out to all ticket holders of impacted shows as quickly as we can, but it may take us a few weeks to get through to everyone.

At present, the following events have been cancelled:
• The Color Purple

Ticket holders for these Miller events may request refunds, but we do ask that you consider turning your ticket back in as a tax-deductible donation. To request a refund or donate the value of your ticket, please contact the Miller Auditorium ticket office at (269) 387-2300. Note: Adjusted ticket office hours take effect on March 18, 2020. If you purchased your tickets through a third party, you must contact them directly for refunds.

And as of today, these events have been postponed:
• That Golden Girls Show: A Puppet Parody!
• Theresa Caputo

New dates have not yet been confirmed for these events, but we will update ticket holders accordingly as soon as we have that information.

In accordance with these changes, our operating hours will also be adjusted, beginning tomorrow, March 18. Until further notice, our Miller Auditorium business office will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (269) 387-2311 and, as stated above, the ticket office will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed on weekends.

WMU provides daily updates to the situation at Please visit this website for ongoing updates about the University's response, and for updates regarding Miller events. We truly appreciate the support of our patrons and community. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe.
