Style and charisma never go out of fashion and legendary R&B group New Edition is a case in point. Paving the way for the boy band movement of the '80s and '90s with their meticulously coordinated image and tight vocal interplay, they continue to be the stuff of teen dreams, bringing audiences to their feet for a trip down memory lane at their dazzling live shows. Reunited, five of the original members—Ricardo Bell, Ralph Tresvant, Johnny Gill, Ronald DeVoe and Michael Bivins—are hitting the road for a much-anticipated tour, treating fans to their finely-tailored threads and hits like "Candy Girl" and  "Cool It Now." Not only will they perform their New Edition hits live on stage, but they’ll also treat the audience to favorite songs from their solo careers.

Formed in Boston in 1978, New Edition hit the big time with their 1983 debut album Candy Girl, landing three singles on the charts and becoming an overnight sensation with their boyish charm and carefully crafted image. Their self-titled 1984 sophomore album was an even bigger hit, topping the R&B chart on the strength of era classics like "Cool It Now" and "Mr. Telephone Man." The band's success in the mid-'80s was so considerable that it launched Bobby Brown to solo career stardom, with several other members finding success with other projects including spinoff group Bell Biv DeVoe.
